PolySub Durability
- The custom polymer formula stands up to the heat required for sublimation transfers
- Withstands high impact eliminating shipping damages and inventory losses from breakage
- Unbreakable; ideal alternative to traditional ceramic and glass products
- Sublimated graphic resists chipping and scratching years after of dishwasher and microwave use
- Maintains vibrant colors
- Superb insulator; beverages stay at temperature longer
The bright white finish provides more brilliant color transfer with high contrast possible in sublimation reproduction. The sublimation dye penetrates the surface of the polymer. There is no coating. This protects the image from scratching and chipping even after years of dishwasher and microwave use. PolySub is also a better insulator than glass, ceramic, or stainless steel and offers greater temperature stability.
PolySub...
- produces a crisper, accurate color reproduction that creates a visually-appealing product
- unlike ceramic mugs, has no coating on the surface so the sublimation inks transfer into the surface of the product instead of on a coating that can chip, scratch, delaminate, or discolor
- has a shorter sublimation time than the image transfer process on ceramic mugs
One-third the Weight of Ceramic or Glass
PolySub products have lower shipping costs and are easier to handle, eliminating the “double boxing requirements” of ceramic and eliminating inventory loss due to breakage ... also familiar to ceramic.
- Lower freight charges
- Use lighter shelving
- Easy for children and the elderly to handle
